Rumors that the couple had ended their relationship have been buzzing around on the Inter-web for weeks now, and apparently West thought it was time to make it official.

“They are no longer a couple,” according to his spokesman.

But the newly single rap star is already gaga for another female star: the similarly fashion-obsessed Lady GaGa.

The pair have announced a co-headlining tour this fall that in all likelihood will cause a brutal frenzy for scalped tickets as well as send fans into puzzlement as they consider what to wear to the show.

“She’s talented and so incredible that she’s not an opening act,” West said when asked about the tour on Wednesday’s The View. “We’re doing it together, with no opening act.”

No word yet on dates, pricing, wardrobe design or potential collaborations between the two artists.
