And, yes, Karina embarked on a failed romance with Mario Lopez that crashed and burned with the intensity of a hundred suns—no, make that a thousand suns.  Do you see her contemplating a dive off a downtown L.A. high-rise? No!!!

Also, when this dancing sensation discovered that her man had a secret row of women’s shoes in his closet, she didn’t guzzle a fistful of pills…

Well, okay, she did go on national TV and cry about the incident. But still, she mixed tears with a smile.

Karina Smirnoff, folks, is a beacon of happiness. The world could learn a lot from her example.
