Mario Lopez and his former Dancing with the Stars partner/current girlfriend Karina Smirnoff were getting downright frisky as they frolicked on the Miami coast recently.

Clearly, these two are still an item. And even if they're not, after getting an eyeful of Karina's pert nipple, Mario want to keep her around for at least a little bit longer.
