Kate Gosselin Won’t Be Dating Anytime Soon
Sorry, guys; while Kate Gosselin may, technically, be single once more, she’s not quite ready to put herself back on the market.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday and declared that she won’t be taking up with a new man, at least until all of this reality-TV fame thing is over.
Says Kate,
“I’m not thinking about [dating] but the thought has crossed my mind at some point [that] it’s going to be scrutinized. Let’s not talk about it.”
Kate did, elaborate, however, that she wouldn’t want to subject any new suitors to the glare of the spotlight and “the 18 cars [of paparazzi] that follow me around.”
Smart move, Kate. If only your ex, Jon Gosselin, shared the same sensibilities.

I agree with Kate, as a single mother of 5 kids, you have to put the kids first no matter what. I don’t want to bring men around my children either especially if they are not going to stick around. There are so many other things to think about other than dating anyway. The house being clean, working, supporting and feeding the children.
So I think kate has made the right decision.
