Our pals over at A Socialite’s Life caught single mom Kate Hudson having an intimate evening with a man who a spy swore was ridiculously hot Transporter star Jason Statham.

The pairing would compute. Hudson, 29, has a proclivity for perfect bodies and baldies. The rub? Statham has a girlfriend.

He’s been dating luscious blonde Alex Zosman for months, whom several outlets report was a former call girl and erotic massuer.

The details of the alleged Hudson/Statham date are round and rounds of dirty martinis at L.A.’s swanky Hotel Bel Air, with Hudson glowing in “a white pretty blouse, indigo jeans and a cool-looking ring on her finger.”

But Kate says it ain’t so! Or at least that’s why her rep tells us.

“Not true,” said Hudson’s spokeperson, and we’re inclined to believe him on this one.

Statham attended Hudson’s notorious Halloween party as a pal. Even if they had a solo meetup, who says they can’t be just friends?
