Kate Major to Jon Gosselin: “Sue You!”
Uh-oh; looks like Jon Gosselin‘s legal woes just got that much worse.
Radar Online reports that Kate Major, former tabloid reporter and rumored J-Goss summer fling, is preparing to take the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad to court in a breach-of-contract lawsuit.
As we reported yesterday, Gosselin and Major had drawn up a hand-written contract in July, in which Papa Jon agreed to hire a recently unemployed Major on as his personal assistant, and Major agreed to keep the details of their relationship private. (A promise, it seems, that was quickly broken, as she went running to the media shortly thereafter.)
Now, it appears, that agreement has come back to haunt the father of eight.
Says Major’s attorney, Ben Pietra,
“Kate called me and has retained my services regarding a possible breach of contract between herself and Jon Gosselin. We are keeping our legal options open, but if a breach of contract has occurred, we will be moving forward with a lawsuit.”
According to a source, Major might also sue Gosselin for fraud and loss of wages.
Wonderful! Now who do we sue for foisting this whole sordid drama upon us?
She is a skank and just trying to get some more publicity. If she didn’t want to be in this mess then she shouldn’t have laid back and spread her legs. You are getting what you deserv e and what you wanted. Don’t try ot act like a wounded dog now. We all know what you are.
It’s not the most legal of documents. I doubt this will hold up in court. How gullible IS this woman to begin with? And IF she was a good reporter, why won’t STAR magazine rehire her?
