As supermodel Kate Moss departed from The Ivy in London after breaking bread with British billionaire and pal/business associate Sir Philip Green, the 35-year-old model was looking a little larger around the midsection than usual.

Moss, known for her lamppost physique, has been the focus of growing pregnancy rumors since she was spotted with a tummy bulge while vacationing in Thailand last month.

Are she and her beau, Kills guitarist Jamie Hince, expecting a bundle of joy? Will Moss' six-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, be getting a baby brother or sister soon?
