Kelly's uncanny resemblance to a birthday-party clown suggests that she may be in the wrong line of "work." Instead of penning memoirs, she should stick to scaring children.

Despite Kelly's clowning, this party looks a lot healthier than some of Kate's typical outings. Hopefully the party-girl mother resisted the urge to include gasoline among the party favors.
