Yes, that’s really Katharine McPhee!
The American Idol alum, famous for her dark hair, shows off her new hairdo in these pictures from the music video for the single “Had it All” from her upcoming album, Unbroken, out October 6.
Pretty fierce.

Yes, ‘a fan for sure’, no matter what her hair color, Katherine McPhee has a lovely voice. However, the topic is “What do you think about Katherine’s new look? Share your thoughts below” so that’s what we’re all doing.
I’m not into the new ‘do because I think it ages her prematurely and the blonde looks flat compared to the rich chestnut. Perhaps if her hair didn’t look so overprocessed and the stylist had put her in a more age-appropriate outfit, it would all be more flattering but these pics don’t show her in the best light possible.
Katherine is beautiful and young and extremely talented. She is beautiful inside and out and looks cute blonde too. I have to say she is quite brave to dare to try something new and remember hair grows back quickly so have fun when you are young. Love Katherine so much and think she should have won American Idol.
This new blond look doesn’t work. She doesn’t have the coloring for it. She lost her lovely charm, and looks totally phony. Looks like her lips have been messed with as well. Someone is doing you wrong, Katherine. You looked so much better before!
