Katherine Heigl was spotted in Los Feliz, California, toting an animal carrier containing her new puppy.
It looks like Heigl, 30, decided to risk husband-of-one-year Josh Kelley's wrath by adding yet another pooch to her household.
Back in October, at the Peter Alexander dog boutique opening in Los Angeles, she noted that her guy would "kill her" if she every brought home another dog.
Heigl and Kelley, 28, already live with five canines. The Grey's Anatomy star is known for her tendency to rescue dogs and bring them home.
At the time, Heigl also stressed that, despite getting her miniature Schnauzer Romeo from a breeder, wannabe dog owners should always refer to animal rescue.
"I do understand people going to breeders, but what you cannot do is get a dog from a puppy mill," she said.
Heigl apparently thinks her musician husband Kelley was bluffing.
But consider this vision of Katherine at the airport while tired. And keep in mind that her next movie, a battle-of-the-sexes picture that pits the writers' favorite against difficult dater Gerard Butler, is titled The Ugly Truth.
Maybe it's Josh who might be afraid of Katherine's wrath.
