Not only do Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley get to ring in the holidays, but they also celebrated their first wedding anniversary!

Power woman Heigl, 30, dined with musician Kelley, 28, at Matushisa in West Hollywood, California.

The couple were in jovial spirits, and posed playfully for the always present paparazzi.

Also present was über-expressive Heigl’s cigarette! Decked out in a black dress, Heigl held her vice-of-choice to her side while she smiled at the cameras.

But what’s in the pink box, Kat? A special anniversary gift from Josh? Or perhaps an extra stash of Marlboros?

Whatever it is, the Grey’s Anatomy star will likely choose to keep it a secret.
