Kathy Griffin has a secret she wants to share with everyone.

The My Life on the D-List star, occasional Christ-disser and non-banger of Apple founder Steve Wozniak recently sat down with Fitness magazine and bravely revealed a deep, dark confidence: That plastic surgery has failed to cure what ails her.

"I've had [a] face-lift, eye job and all that stuff," Griffin confessed. "It didn't help me one bit. It didn't get me happier or make me look particularly younger."

Bravo, Kathy Griffin! Your candor is awe-inspiring.

Your revelation is as clear as the lines on your face. But it's one far too few of your celebrity cohorts have the guts to make about themselves.
