Here's Katy Perry, sans bikini, performing at the Gridlock New Year's Eve party at the Paramount Studios lot in Hollywood, California.

After wowing on the red carpet in her skin-tight, leathery corset dress, Perry, 24, changed into a showgirl ensemble and entertained a crowd of about 5,000 (including actor Matt Dallas, and Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane).

As Perry counted down to 2009 (accompanied by a rising star instead of the East Coast's dropping ball), she exclaimed "Happy f--king New Year, everyone!" Then she immediately launched into her hit single "Hot N' Cold."

"I Kissed a Girl" was followed by Katy asking the audience if everyone had kissed yet.

Hopefully her kiss was with her longtime boyfriend (NOT her fiance) Travis McCoy of the band Gym Class Heroes.

    I love her new video with Matt Dallas star of Kyle XYfor Thinking of You. She's great and he's so hot.
