Kellan Lutz Is Just Plane Health-Conscious

Just how does Twilight hottie Kellan Lutz manage to maintain his impressive physique while dealing with a hectic schedule?

Celebuzz caught up with the guy who plays Emmett Cullen at the Young Hollywood Awards in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday and found out how he balances his travel obligations with his workout regimen. Or at least tries to.

"It’s really frustrating for me because I’ve just been on way too many airplanes and I try to do those workout things on the airplane and everyone kind of got annoyed because maybe I was trying to workout and they’re like, 'Argghh,'" Lutz reveals.

"They have those pamphlets like so you do dips and then like lunges in the aisle," notes Lutz. "I tried to do push-ups but the aisle wasn’t big enough."

Yeah, and the FAA definitely frowns upon passengers blocking the aisles these days. Maybe it's time for a private jet?

yes he does smoke....there are pictures of him smoking with the rest of the cast, when they started shooting...well at least he is trying to keep his body perfect, if not his lungs :)

this is crap. he smokes cancer sticks and that ruins ur body. hes trying to make himself sound so perfect but come on he has to admit that he does do something to ruin his body

Plus while they were Filming it was freezing cold, and smoking helps the body keep warm. Yea its a super gross habit, but it beats freezing to death.

i hope he's joking about exercising on the airplane, i think i would freak out if i saw someone doing that while i was on the plane haha!

He's talking about the exercises to avoid Deep Vein Thrombosis, not keep-fit in mid-air. That's what he means by "those pamphlets" - it's an especially good idea to do those exercises if he's a smoker. I'm sure the part about the push ups was a joke.

i don't care for smokers, but i'd make an exception for him. it is kind of annoying, though, when people work out and eat healthy, but smoke and drink like it's nothing. regardless, i agree, he's beautiful, and so is his body. *phew*
