Kelly Osbourne’s Relapse: Blame It On London
The source of Kelly Osbourne’s recent relapse has finally been revealed and, as it turns out, the entire city of London is to blame.
The 24-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne checked in for her third rehab stint last week, and a source tells People magazine that the blame can be placed on the time she’s spent in London, which is apparently “very bad for her.” (These days Osbourne splits her time between the British capital and Los Angeles.)
“It’s a very party atmosphere there,” the source says. “[Kelly] just tends to get back into that rut when she’s there since her friends are there, and she’s just more comfortable there. The old party habits come back.”
At least one Londoner seems to be a positive influence on Kelly, though: Her fiancé, 20-year-old British model Luke Worrell. “She’s never been happier,” says the source. “She’s really found love with Luke.”
That may be true, but Luke isn’t entirely squeaky-clean on the matter: Last year he was spotted with Kelly in Los Angeles, and she was totally tripping.

I could care less that she parties. As long as she is still headed on a positive track in her life, she will be ok.
