When Tuesday's earthquake hit Los Angeles, the slightly less offending parent of Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline was in the midst of enjoying a rare moment away from his children.

But they weren't but a cell phone call away, and Kevin Federline made sure to check up on his little bundles of cash joy.

K-Fed's golf outing was his first public appearance since winning full custory of his two sons from ex-wife Britney Spears. He can't let a little thing like raising two children get in the way of his favorite hobby.

The former back-up dancer tried to lend an air of mystery to his career plans, telling People, "I don't know. I'm not revealing any work strategy right now."
