Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s Prenup Negotiations Are Getting Heated
Who knew that banging out a prenuptial agreement could be so contentious?
Radar Online reports that frustration is mounting between Khloe Kardashian and Los Angeles Laker Lamar Odom, who married in September but have yet to finalize an agreement about who keeps what.
A source spills that Odom is “listening to advisers, and a group of hanger-on friends about what the prenup should include. Lamar needs to man up, and stand up to these people, it doesn’t seem like they have the best interests of Lamar and Khloe as a couple at heart.”
While the talks are “progressing,” the source adds that the negotiations could “be made a lot easier if Lamar would just put his foot down when it comes to Khloe. This is the woman that will be his wife, and Lamar will be sleeping in bed at night with Khloe, not these people.”
TMZ, meanwhile, reports that the two are close to finalizing a prenup agreement, with Khloe agreeing to let Lamar keep his earnings—which, given his $33 million contract with the Lakers, are substantial.
Odom, in exchange, would agree to give Kardashian an annual stipend frozen at a certain rate no matter how long they’re married, and will pay for the couple’s expenses by putting money into a joint account. Which she hopefully won’t empty out on the sly like a certain other reality-TV luminary.

Second getting married a serious people today are not thinking about the true meaning of marriage and the words, this couple should have waited atleast 1yrs, i know for a fact this is not going to last it something else behind this little quick weddin. Why is she a greedy bit**?? She was making money before Lamar came along. Sounds like you’re mad because he didn’t pick you. Stop hating and just try to be happy for people.
An annual stipend — NO MATTER HOW LONG THEY’RE MARRIED, and Lamar will pay for the couple’s expenses? The girl is obviously only interested in being taken care of for the rest of her life. She’s trying to secure her future bank roll through her man and that’s sickening. In a traditional marriage, the wife-to-be usually is unable to support herself because she does not work and runs the household, hence things like spousal support in a divorce. Doesn’t really apply in her case. If she really is the big time celebrity she and her sisters make themselves up to be, she wouldn’t NEED any part of Lamar’s earnings.
If you “love” someone, you would WANT to be fair with that person, as well as love, honor and cherish… all that other stuff that comes with a marriage. “Lamar needs to man up”…. “Lamar needs to put his foot down when it comes to Khloe”??? Sounds like the Kardashian media machine hand-fed this story out to the blogs. Ick. Nast.
why is it when people who aren’t fans of the kardashian sisters say a negative opinion, there fans get all offensive and starting calling them HATERS and or JEALOUS. this is really getting old and annoying. i hope you realize that when you are “hatin” on the haters, this obviously makes you a hater one in the same. so in the end you are no better than the person who you’ve just accused of being a hater. a straight to the point, in your face comment about someone does not make the person who said it a “hater” and it most certainly doesn’t mean that they are jealous. what makes any of you think that anyone one would be jealous of these girls? i think the people who say these things are really the ones who deep down are jealous….but that’s just me.

I hope they stay married. And if she loves HIM ( and not his money) then she shouldn’t want ANY of his money previously earned and vice versa. They can build an empire together and if things don’t work out then split amicably and move on. Love is not greed and Money can’t buy love no matter how much you have. Ask Kobe’s wife if it was that 10 million dollar ring that kept his wife from breaking up the family or was it the fact that they realize what love means. Love is forgiving, love is pure, love never dies. Hopefully they will make it. Have a couple of kids and hopefully she will accept Lamar’s other kids as hers and they live happily ever after. Trust me, I am happy and I came in my relationship with a sh*t load of money and 3 kids by 3 moms. To this day we are all truly a family. NO HATERS!!! at all.

i dont think khole is greedy cause she does have money but you cant be happy for her this marriage is stupid and only for publicity they should be ashamed of themselves for getting married after they knew each other for under a f*ckin month!
if you watch the kourtney & khole show khloe is giving kourtney so much static about her & scotts relationship but now shes marrying somebody she met under a month.

A prenup is needed anytime 2 people marry and 1 person makes a considerable amount more than the other people. NO ONE IN THERE RIGHT MIND THINKS THEY’RE GOING TO GET DIVORCED WHEN THEY GET MARRIED. Khloe is in for love ,BUT she did not consider that the Lakers can trade Lamar Odom at any time. He’s not Kobe Bryant. So if he gets traded to Canada Khloe is going to have to make a decicison between moving to Canada with her husband or staying in LA and keeping her old Life.
