As of July 1, talking on a handheld cell phone while driving will be illegal in California, but perhaps lawmakers should concern themselves with a far greater menace to road safety: Kim Kardashian's cleavage.

Just look at Kim as she makes her way to her Bentley in Los Angeles. Mind's starting to wander, isn't it?

Now imagine being confronted by this sight while trying to navigate 3,000 pounds of steel down the street. Scary, huh?

Worse yet, Kim's chest represents a potential hazard of international proportions.

If you must walk around like that, Kim, why not counteract your breasts' distracting qualities by painting "Slow Down" on them. You owe the public at least that much.
