Kim and Rob Kardashian Injured at Charity Boxing Event
Sounds like the Kardashian Charity Knock Out was a big hit in more ways than one.
Kim Kardashian reports on her official Web site that the boxing charity event—which raised funds for The Dream Foundation—was quite the brawl. Especially for her brother Rob, who wound up in the hospital after being paired with a much larger opponent.
Kim explains,
“When Rob stepped in the ring to fight, his opponent was at least 25 lbs heavier than him, even though the organization had assured us that they were screening the people we were fighting against and that they would be within 5 lbs of our weights! At one point Rob’s mask fell off and when he put his hands down he got hit in the face and ended up in hospital with a concussion. Rob’s a strong guy and can definitely hold his own, but he wasn’t expecting to get hit after his mask had fallen off! This guy just got really down and dirty!”
Kim herself didn’t escape the event unscathed either, and ended up with a shiner:
“We were all really angry and upset about what had happened to Rob, but I hadn’t even fought yet and I didn’t want to let the charity down, so I decided to get in the ring. My girl was a good sport, but she was tough! I knew I had to do it for charity, since that’s what it was all about, but man, my girl could throw a punch! Look at my black eye!!!”
Kardashian adds that “Rob is doing fine now” and she’s taking the black eye in stride—especially since it was all for a good cause: “At the end of the day, we did this for charity and that’s what counts.”
I’m guessing Rob’s pedicure from the other week didn’t really help him in the boxing ring.
god! i wish i could get in the ring with kim! i dont dislike her but it would be nice to get gangster on these tooty fruity celebrities hahaha

this smells like bullsh*t. if you look closely at the picture, her so called black eyes look a lot like eye makeup contouring. how do both eyes get bruised perfectly and precisely just about the lash line like that? and they were wearing protective gear, so why isn’t there any other bruising on her face? just asking?

Rob probably had lied about his weight just like his sisters do so the promoters matched up someone to the weight he wants to project to be, and not the weight he is.
I guess if they don’t want to be hurt in a boxing ring, next time they shouldn’t have a “Charity Knock Out” but a “Charity Butterfly Kiss Competition”

I think it’s just the one eye and she’s weaqring makeup – see the purple bit? Although I’m guessing it isn’t that serious because if you’ve ever tried to put on makeup after a black eye it really hurts!
The whole family nuts, They knew it was boxing. I bet their pockets not hurt. They play tough role on their show, act their part. Now continue with their makeup.

I think they did a pretty good job , even though some things they do on the show look really fake, i still like them , they are full of drama just like some of our families are. Everyone watches them, even the people that say they dont like them watch them.
I think the guy that fought Rob is a pu$$y! Needs to go pick on a fatty his own size. Rob has alot more class, he clearly is the winner.

I agree, this was supposed to be for charity and this a hole throwing upper cuts. Then tackles him when he’s down, thats an automatic disqualification. I Don’t know or care about the Kards, but they got hosed
I felt for them. I thought to go through this for charity was great and above and beyond. I can’t help but like them. I would have liked to see the other two get in there though. They might seem fake to some, but I think thats just because they have money. They do stuff for charity all the time and to me thats says alot about who they are.
