Spider-man actress Kirsten Dunst, 26, has been granted a permanent order of protection against her stalker.
The Boston Herald reports that Christopher Smith, 25, the man who showed up at Dunst's house professing that he had a "spiritual connection" with her, has been ordered to stay away from her or risk being jailed.
He is barred from coming anywhere near the actress, her personal assistant, her residences and places of business. He is also barred from owning or possessing a gun.
TMZ reports that Dunst's assistant made a citizen's arrest last month when Smith bypassed security and got onto her property.
Dunst might also want to see an order of protection against recession fan Mary Kate Olsen, 22.
The two were said to have exchanged harsh words after a glaring contest during the world-famous Art Basel event in Miami while partying at the Delano Hotel.
Perhaps they were arguing over who started the thrift store/homeless person look fashion movement?
Maybe the two of them are fighting over this guy?
