There are rumors flying around on the Internet this morning saying that our new Dash store in Miami may have been vandalized and broken into today. Lily, our store employee, who is with us in Miami for the opening, arrived this morning and discovered that the store window had been vandalized with graffiti. All of the graffiti on the wall was gang-related and there were carvings in the glass. All in all, the damage is pretty bad, but they’re painting over it now! Luckily nothing was taken from the store, but as a precaution we called and filed a police report and the police came to the store. Of course the paparazzi were all over this, and assumed our new Dash store had been the intentional target.
We want to make it clear that no one was targeting the store or Kim, Khloe and myself, specifically. The location of the store has remained a secret since we started filming, so there’s no way whoever graffiti’d the store front knew it was Dash. They were just defacing buildings in the area.
So that’s what happened! We are all really sad that our brand new Miami Dash store that we’ve been working so hard on got graffiti’d, but Kim, Khloe and I are all fine and we wont let a little thing like this ruin our launch party tomorrow! And what’s life without a little drama, anyway, right!?
That’s good to hear – if you read TMZ online you’d think South Korea had launched a nuclear missile at the place. Whatev. Hope it doesn’t cost too much to fix.

Hey! I am glad all is well! I cannot believe stupid gang people…. Only thing I heard was that it was on Washington Ave in Sobe. Good luck with it… hopefully next time you are hiring I will have more experience and you guys will choose me next time… but even though didn’t get chosen to work there, I will def be a faithful customer!

You better get used to it. Born and raised here, any area that you would have felt was a wonderful place for a boutique is surrounded by major ghettos. Coconut Grove, South Beach, Coral Gables, Miami Lakes, Aventura…etc. are all surrounded. That’s just Miami for you.

Realize want to venture out on own….. however Los Angeles California has the fashion district downtown if I remember correctly. You could all start your own designing line of clothing right out of L.A. with a boutique on Sunset blvd. I realize that most fashion designers are out of New York….. however their are some that prefer living in L.A.
Look at the letters of the graffiti capital letter KUG then a dot with paint running down … I am not a detective but that could stand for kill u girl…you really should have a professional that deals with gang writings and interpretations help you. You have money into the store, you have contracts signed….but it’s not worth you getting hurt. Sometimes you just have to walk away and leave well enough alone.
