The weather in Miami is so crazy!! One second it is beyond hot and sunny, and one second later we’re in the middle of a huge storm! Khloe and I tried to capture the craziness in some pictures, but it’s just not the same unless you are here. I actually love it! It’s so tropical…hot rain. At least you can get some sort of idea with these pics.

Actually dont worry the weather is just like this in the summer because its hurricane season, i’ve been living here for 3 years n the rest of the year is warm and sunny and not alot of rain.

Yeah, FL coast thunderstorms are something else and so sudden too. Some time when I am at the beach in FL, I would love to take a picture of lightning flashes over the water; that is really cool too. Don’t know if I would actually succeed but I would definitely be willing to try and of course hope that the next flash does not hit me. I waste no time taking pictures.

I wanted to tell you about this little French sandwich place on Collins and 14th street. It is an outdoor place but they have the best and I mean the BEST sandwiches and salads there. I forgot the name and i might be off on the street but I know its on the same street as the gas station on the corner on Collins Avenue. They deliver too.

I lived in Miami (moved to NY) and that’s just how it is all the time, you’d figure its summer, hot sun, and just sunny all day. But summer is just hurricane season. It gets worse by the beach, I find it funny when it rains by one side and not the other. It’s just crazy weather.
But Miami is beautiful.
Welcome to the fabulous city of Miami!! I know the storms in the summer suck, but the lifestyle here is one of a kind! If you guys have some time to get away, go down south the the Florida Keys, it is very tropical and very beautiful! I totally recommend staying at Little Palm Island, it is AMAZING! Well hope you guys have a blast living here, LIVE IT UP and enjoy this wonderful city!!
I used to live in Miami then Bal Harbour (moved to NY less than a year ago) and I agree with Karen. usually during hurricane season its the WORSE! hopefully this season will be a light one.
It is funny when it rains because I was just there 2 weeks ago and while at Nikki Marina, it was dry and sunny at our table but by the boats (less than 5ft away) there was light rain!!
