Kim, Rob, Scott and I stopped off at Millions of Milkshakes for a custom milkshake after dinner last weekend. They even have a Kardashian shake on the menu! The Kardashian shake is Snickers topped with whipped cream and a Cadbury’s flake. What kind of shake would you make?
