They do not have flawless skin!!! They use so much make up, they never even show there faces without it. Khloe especially always has acne! And I highly doubt that any of them use these products on their faces, when they can afford so many better products. I wouldn’t even use this crap and I’m not rich! Also the so called secret ingredient “bio complex” is just science used in many other products with a fancy name!
i dont think there is such a things as FLAWLESS skin…yea there are ppl with better skin…but the best of the best skins probably have some sort of problem……..have u ever tried the product?……are you frens with the kardashians….are you their shadow and watch their daly routine when they get up in the morning or go to bed….if not…then zip it and dont trash the product till u try it urself and see that it doesnt work…..im sure there were ppl like u who bad talked neutrogena when it just started out and look at it now. You never kno how things will turn out. (I not a crazed fan of the kardashians, but they seem ok)

Don’t let jealousy and envy keep you from having an open mind…and leave Khloe alone! She’s awesome and just as beautiful as her sisters!
I just ordered Perfect Skin. I am so excited to use these products. This product is very much in demand. Just my opinion, I think these products are going to be legit. I do not think these fab girls would go out and put their names on crappy products, because then that would look poorly on them and hurt their reputation in the beauty industry. But we will see. This product is so new there really are no good reviews yet. Anyway, I am still really looking foward to trying Perfect Skin.

I ordered it two week ago and I still have not received it and they already charged me for it! They have been saying for two weeks that I will get it in a week and now they say it just barely shipped out! They wont rush the order and say there is nothing they can do!!!! There customer service SUCKS so I hope it isnt a representation of the product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi, i order perfect skin 6 days ago paying the extra 9.99 for 3- 4 day delivery. i never recieved an email confirmation. The next day i called the same number back and was told confirmations don’t come next.e .when usually confirm#’s come immediately. Now here i am about to go out of town wit no idea if the order was placed, and my money gone. i either need the product now! or all of my money NOW
i was really lookin for forward to use the product i ordered the product a week ago and even paid extra 10 to get it in 3 to 4 business day and when i called the number back they tell me its back ordered..so i feel maybe its a scam or i duno its just not worth gettin it…kortney how do i get my money back
I understand what Katie, Patrice, Curtice and Tina are experiencing. I ordered the skin care line on August 15, 2010 via internet. I did get a confirmation and I decided to call the next day to make sure everything was ok. The customer service person told me that it took a few days to download from the sight into their system. I called back on the 20th and they still did not have my order. I gave them my confirmation number and all. They could not find it anywhere. They assured me that they are not allowed by management to charge the credit cards until they ship the product. They verify funds and that causes a 3-5 day hold by our bank. If they do not ship by then, it is not charged. It just stops holding the funds. I checked my card and that was what had happened. I decided to place another order with the live customer service person in the wharehouse in Van Nuys, Ca. I was very pleased with her because she told me that I should just take the free shipping because I live in Santa Clarita (15 min away) and I would probably receive it within a day or two after shipment. I had ordered the faster shipping on the internet. She saved me some money and I was grateful for that because I was already frustrated that they had lost my order to begin with. I decided to call back on the 25th and they said that the order was entered incorrectly in their system so they had to place a new order for me. I was upset. I hung up and just bit my tongue. I called back on the 27th and they told me the same thing that they had told me on the 25th. I now had 4 order numbers! They then told me that this caused my order to be placed on backorder & the fact of the overwhelming response to the infomercials (great for the sisters bad for the consumer). I broke down in total negativity towards them ( I don’t like to do that because I too believe that you get what you put out). They gave me a discount of $19.99 and told me that they would place mine at the front of the orders. Of course, this all happened after I suggested it to them. The person swore up and down (ok only up) that the people who ordered on the 15th still were waiting for their product. Well, I had to hand up on her because she sounded as if she was reading a script or something (no people skills). I called back and a gentleman answered. He was pleasant and honest with me. He had people skills. He told me that the orders placed on the 15th were sent out the 18th and the orders placed on the 20th were sent out on the 24th…… I missed all of my shipping dates because of their mistakes. I was upset but thanked him for being so honest with me and he calmed me down just by being honest. So here we are September 8th and I just found out that my order left Van Nuys, Ca. and arrived in Santa Clarita, Ca. for shipment tomorrow (9th). I will try it for a couple of weeks and let everyone know what my experience is with the product. My point in all of this is: yeah the customer service is terrible and they could use some more training on their people skills. Yeah the sisters are being paid to endorse the product, but everyone has to make money. You can’t fault them if the product works on them and not on your skin. We all have different types of skin and genetic make-up. Just because they say that it’s for all skin types doesn’t mean that everyone can use it so keep that in mind as you try this product. Remember that when you start using a new product line, your skin may break out for the first two weeks (your dermatologist will tell you that). You have to hand it to the whole family that they are so talented and aren’t just sitting around waiting for life to come to them. I love the way they work hard and go after life. Great job Kris (I am a mom of four young adults and know how challenging that can be). Don’t get me wrong, my kids are all in college and working and are not saints but they are great kids that make me proud. So lets give these young ladies and break and we’ll just hope that the company that puts the product out for them will correct it on thier end. These ladies can’t be held accountable for that. I learned through this process that things happen (or arrive) when they are supposed to. Stop looking for only the bad in a good thing and if it’s not for you, leave it alone. Rather than trash it with words, just don’t buy it or go near it because someone else may have a better experience with it than you did.
Customer service seems like a huge issue!!! I had a similar problem. I ordered the 5 piece kit on the 7th and paid 10 dollars extra to have it shipped in 3-4 days. By the 11th I still had no confirmation email or product so, I called customer service. I could hardly hear the woman speaking to me b/c the phone was breaking up and she told me it should be here by the 14th!! That’s a week, what was the point of paying the extra money for quicker shipping?? Now reading all the other comments I’m scared I’ll never see the product or my money.

customer service is pretty bad. I paid for 3 – 5 day shipping too and I didn’t get it for about two weeks.
Well, you guys are allll right about the shipping problem! I took me almost a month to get mine, but it did arrive… Now! I can tell you all how the product works, so pay attention you out-spoken diva’s!! I didnt see any changes in the first couple weeks, but im going on week 3 and im starting to see changes. I have pretty good skin to begin with, the occasional zit here and there, but for the most part, after I put make-up on, I look pretty much flawless… well, you guys know what I mean. lol Anyways, my skin is starting to look awesome without any make-up. It makes your skin feel really soft all the time, and its starting to look like Im wearing make-up, even though I have none on! So, in my opinion, this product works! And Im anxious to see in a few more weeks, how much better it can get, cause this product’s name is so far true, PERFECT SKIN! This does work, get it girls!
P.S. I forgot to tell you guys something! Cindy, you got some great points! Im lovin ya girlfriend! The first week I started using perfect skin, my skin did breakout alittle more than normal. But, that happens with new products. In the end, my skin looks so awesome, better than before. So, get it, it works

I just received my order–which I placed 2 months ago. I actually received an email from them saying my order had been cancelled. No idea what went on there. Anyway, smells good, but we’ll see if it was worth all the fuss. Probably not ordering more either way.
my mother ordered this on October 4th 2010 and she has not received anything or product from you…she has been calling the phone number, 1-800-504-7147, in Van Nuys, Ca. but says it is disconnected…what is up with that???? she is 89 yrs and it is a real crime to rip off innocent people…please respond to this email asap or I will report to the proper authorities…as a fraud and a scam…this really is upsetting to me and she wants her money or the skin stuff she ordered…very sincerely, janet

Terrible product…didnt work for me at all and they have been holding out on me since August on processing my refund. Contacting the Better Business Bureau today….total scam artists and the Kardashians would be ashamed if they knew of the terrible customer service I have received with respect to a product they endorse!

I was watching tv late one and saw the ad to try perfect skin for a 14 day trial period /a 30 day supply for $9.95. Great! Free shipping also. I like the girls and its sounds fair, so I’ll try it. It took 18 days to get here and I used it for 9 days and I just couldn’t get used to the smell. (not for me too much melon smell). So i called to cancel. They cancelled that day and gave a confirmation# then the next day they charged me 29.95. So heads up ! They count the 14 day trial period from the time you order it and you never get a chance to try the product before they automatically charge on your account. I feel it is false advertising and when I called to ask why they charged my account after I cancelled they basically said ur trial was up but they charged me the day after I cancelled . So I am paying 9.95 plus 29.95 which is 39.90 plus whatever the shipping cost is, for a product I am not going to use. total RIP-OFF!!
Hey Kourtney, Your Perfect Skin Company is repeatedly ripping people off! They charged me for multiple orders and now say they won’t refund the shipping… on orders I never ordered. $10 shipping on all these extra orders their creating (which is called fraud) probably adds up huh? Maybe you should be a little more concerned?
FYI Kourtney, I could afford the $29.95. I can’t however afford the now over $150 dollars in fraudulent orders your company placed in my name. And as previous people have stated on here… have you tried calling the 800#? Have you? Do you know what kind of people are representing you? Do you care? I have reported your company as being fraudulent.
Hello. I like your product; however, customer service has been a nightmare. For my first order I was charged twice, paid an extra $10 for 3-4 day shipping and got the product 14 days later. I finally got the extra charge credited back to me, but canceled my membership due to having to deal with customer service. This was in January. Then today I was charged over $87 from perfect skin because they saw that I had canceled but said the rep forgot to press a button canceling my membership. They said they would credit me back the money, but only after I got very upset. They said this would take 7-10 days. At first they told me I would have to wait to get the product then send it back even though it was not my fault that they did not cancel my membership. So I guess for the next 7-10 days I will be out of $87.00. This may not mean a lot to someone who has a lot of money but to my family, it means we will have to go without for the next 7-10 days. The sad part is I liked the product, but will never order again because of customer service problems. It seems like hundreds of people are having the same problem.
i ordered on jan.19. 2 wks went by, still nothing, so i called n its back ordered. called again, they were waiting for trucks, called again they couldnt find the order. called again it was apparently back ordered again! called again.. suppose to be shipped in a day. called to see if it was shipped and they say they didnt get payment when my c.c was charged! i was excited to try the product but its not worth talking to ppl who dnt knw how to talk off a script! bad company. frauds. poor cust. service. others pls dnt get stuck in this loop hole n just dnt order! they wnt last long. 90% of reviews are like ths. the only sell b.c of celeb indorsements. i hope the celebs get paid alot for representing such poor companies!
