I never enter contests, but I thought that for this one, I would give it a shot. I’m 30 years old and a first time mother who’s baby was born on 12/27 of last year. As cheesy as it sounds, when I found out you were pregnant I thought it was cool that we were both due around the same time. Even though I don’t know you personally, I just thought it was a relatable thing. I also thought it was kind of cool that we both ended up having boys, I named mine Nicholas. My husband and I were so blessed to have our son because he truely is our little miracle. I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) which didn’t allow us to concieve for a long time. I would love to win this contest because I heard great things about the Belly Bandit brand. I hate to sing to you my sob story, but two weeks before I was due, I was laid off from my job. As much as it’s a bad thing, I feel blessed in a way that it happened because now it allows me to stay at home with my little one and be the best mother I can be. With that, I would love to be able to purchase a Belly Bandit, but now I have to be very frugal with the things I buy, and as you know, our needs are now put to the side, and well, our boys come first. I would love to win this prize because I always struggled with my weight, and being a new mommy it’s hard to find time to work out, especially since I’m still on restriction for having had an emergency c-section. I believe that this prize will not only allow me to get back into shape a little bit faster, but it will definitely boost my confidence and not be so insecure in front of my husband. I know my odds of winning are slim, but I would love it if you picked me, and it would really make my day. I think that it’s great that you would give your fans the opportunity to win something that they themselves may not be able to afford. Keep doing what you’re doing because I think it’s great! If I don’t win, thanks for giving me the opportunity to share with you my story.

First and foremost, I completely understand what you are going through. I hated it when people told me to relax and not think about it because stress was the key reason, but in all honesty, that’s what it was.
I took 2 rounds of clomephine and some other medication that I cannot remember for the life of me that helped with our conception. I also believe that the massage that I had gotten 3 days before ovulating helped. I was so relaxed not only mentally, but physically as well and I truely believe that it was one of the main things that helped.
I really hope that things work out for you and that one day too, you will be blessed with the family you’ve dreamed of.

Thanks 4 ur reply celia, n i actually just finished takin the 1st dose of chlomiphene n my dr had me come in 4 blood test. Im just sooo worried bout not gettin pregnant cause its something I really want! I really wish u could rememba wat was the name of the other drug.
I know, I’m sorry that I don’t remember. I’m actually going to have to look it up in the event that I need to take it again for when I try for #2.

I just called my pharmacy (I really want you to get preggers!!!!) and the name of the medication was Estradil (1mg). I took it at the same time as the clomephine and it worked for us. See, the 1st round was just the clomephine and it didn’t work, so the 2nd cycle around, my OB/GYN prescribed me the Estradil to make the pregnancy “stick” so to speak and it worked for us.
Good luck, I really hope this helps you and anyone else in any way. At first I was embarassed to tell my story, but if it helps, I don’t care who knows anymore.

Congrats on the win Celia! To all themom’s out there and to Kourt, my boyfriend and I are desperately trying to get pregers and I feel like I am failing every time the tests say ‘negative’. It is heartwrenching to see a family pushing their baby in the store or on the boardwalk where I live. I don’t know, I am just flustered! We do the bomb diggity almost every day and well my inner workings are tired and I just want it to happen more then anything! If someone can just give me some advice I would really really be thankful! Best of luck and lots of love to everyone!

i just gave birth to a baby boy last April 13th and at my pregnancy i gain a lot of weight so i have lots of stretch marks. I’m just wondering if u know creams, lotions or oil that will help my stretch marks to fade or go away. i don’t really like how the way it looked and every time i see it my self confidence just goes down

Coca Butter works wonders. I have 2 boys who are now 9 & 10 and they are only 11 months apart. My body never had the chance to heal after the first pregnancy so I know all about stretch marks. I didn’t discover it until after having my boys but even then it still helped lighten the bad ones up and make the lighter ones disappear! Hope this helps you.

I am a fan of your family show Keeping up with the Kardashians however I must let you know that the Belly Band that you all rave about has been an East Indian Tradition for centuries. It is a custom that is practiced throughout India and other East Indian countries. We practise it here in the caribbean where i live.
If you look at Indian Ayurveda it will also tell of mixing Tumeric with milk and ginger to help “bring down ” the breast milk as well as help flush the blood after birth.

I have known my boyfriend for three years and during the second year we’ve known each other we realised that we wanted to have kids together and get married. There have been countless disappointments for us and there were times I cried because all my sisters had babies and I wanted one of my own to love. In July of last year it finally happened and my little angel was born on April 1st. I am so happy that she is a part of my life now and she is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love her so much. I thought that I would never be able to have kids and my little miracle happened. To all the ladies who feel that way there is hope. I didn’t take any medications it jus happened naturally because I kept the faith even though I felt like giving up. So don’t give up ladies it will happen for you all just like it did for me! I was not sure where to post this, so i just picked a ramdom place. I want to start off by tellin u that I am not a hater. I love you girls. Becuz i love u guys so much i was surprised to see the way I was treated when i went to DASH Miami this past weekend. Now i may not be the richest girl in the world like you ladies are but I still think that if i am wallking into you store i should be greet. a blonde girl looked a me up and down and did not welcome me to the store. she turned around a kept talking to the other “employee”. I saw i was ignored so decided to look myself. I had money to spent just to support u girls. i was walking aroudn the store for a good 5 minutes and no on botherd to ask me if i needed help ( which i did cuz i am petitie). the feeling i got after walking out–lets just say i was in my hotel room for a few hours–until i felt happy again. Your staff does not compliment ur personalities. And i hope u girls dont discriminiate when it comes to who shops at your store. like i said i was saving for weeks just to shop at ur store and didnt get anything all becuz your staff ignored me and dint help me and 2 other people that were there at that. I am into energy and meditation and i want to tell u that the aura in the miami store is very dark and glommy, it does not feel like a happy happy place ( like what i feel u ladies represent, you represent happy, you make me happy with ur show and all that ). its also too dark…i dunno the vibe was just off..totally off i was very dissapointed
