I met with the ladies at Moms and the City while I was in New York to talk about my secret weapon for kick starting my post-baby workout routine.
I honestly swear by the Belly Bandit. You have to use it right after the baby is born for the first 45-60 days or so, but it really does work on tightening the stomach after giving birth. Have any of you new moms tried it?
