I met with the ladies at Moms and the City while I was in New York to talk about my secret weapon for kick starting my post-baby workout routine.
I honestly swear by the Belly Bandit. You have to use it right after the baby is born for the first 45-60 days or so, but it really does work on tightening the stomach after giving birth. Have any of you new moms tried it?

i just want to say you girls are gr8 . and kourney you a gr8 mom , just to tell you i have a little girl named mia =danika she two now but when she was born she was 34 weeks early my water broke the wednssday morning i went in and was told i had to say in hosital and was not allowed out of bed was pump with drugs and she was born on monday 3am in the morning and not breathing at all . i was so lucky and thanks to god for having my aunt on duty that morning as it was not for her my little angel wounld not be here today as she would not give up on resatertation for an hour and she got her breathing and we were not allowed touch her as she would stop breathing , she was in icu for three weeks and an other mircle hapen she was okay and the dr said there nothing wrong with her she was as health as any other baby and we could take her home she had a condision called apnieya and she has somehow out grow this condition and driving me mad with her clothes as we have to go through so many differant outfits everyday as what she want to wearit take ten mins every morning before schooland she love fashion. thanks for your girls gr8 programs.

kourt…i love you and khloe to pieces. I am so glad that khloe is here in Texas with us, I am about 20 minutes from her and have ,ived here my whole life. I dont know how to use twitter but would love for her and I to be able to talk. My family is from McKinny Texas where she has the pic in the front of the resturant. Mason is too adorableand you have done some of the same things that I have done with my daughter as far as the wooden toys. She also only plays with leapfog or v=tech. You would be amazed at how much you can interact woth them. When she was 2 she knew her ABC and major colors. I wish could get Khloe to call me but I will keep wishingl. I am just an rdinary girl in Arlington Texas, no one famous and other than JT and Dirk have nver meet anyone famous. Yall have come along way. Persoanlly and no attack on Kim but you two seem more down to earth and level headed. She kinda seems like people should bow down to her. Just a bad opinion.
