When we were in NY filming I did 10 mommy blogs about some of my favorite things, some questions that I get asked a lot and just things that I have found helpful. Being a mom is my favorite thing in the entire world!
I also think it is such a personal journey as every child is different. Every family situation is different. These are things that work for me and my family and not necessarily the best for all, but I do think as moms, it’s important to share our experiences and to talk about the different things we do! Hope you enjoy!
My first blog is about style for kids! I always get asked about how I dress Mason, where do I get his clothes, and style tips. I love dressing him more than dressing myself! It is so much fun. We obviously have those days when we all want to throw on some comfy sweats and sneakers and clothes for the park are usually different than clothes for one of our dinner dates. I also believe that style does NOT mean expensive. I am all about mixing it up. These little ones grow so quickly out of their clothes its amazing!

Really affordable? How would YOU know since everything you people wear is given to you. Pregnant again and giving advice? What would that be about.. how to be an unwed mother with a drunk idiot for a boyfriend while plastering your kid all over TV. We don’t need any more STUPID mothers. If there are people who look up to you or down on you, O’Well! Life will go on with or with out them, negative comments and people have nothing else better to do than be negative!~

If people keep complaining about how they wont buy anything of yours anymore or wont watch anything else anymore why would they take the time to write it. If you dont have anything nice to nice then dont say anything at all! Better yet don’t log into the blog because taking the time to write it…..lets face it you do care a little. Stop being bitter. Love the blog! I see how much you love him and take care of him. I just watched last weeks show and I saw how committed you are to ensuring you and Mason are chemical free. I continue to love everything u do I’m ur twin, everyone says I am. I ve a two yr old name Landen n I recently gave birth to a baby girl named Livelee Madison Ruiz. I also have a partner just like Scott n I also expect him to be different with his drinking because I won’t tolerate that behavior around my family. Kourtney, I love you you and Khloe and right now not so much Kim but I can’t stand to watch you on tv. Don’t get me wrong I love your shows I watch them all the time but your voice is so annoying. You sound constantly bored all the time when your talking to I literally mute the tv until your done talking. Not that you need to put excitment in your voice or whatever the case just know that I do love you, big fan but your voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

Hi Kourtney! Well first I just wanted to say I am 24 this coming month and I love your clothes, your style, and your show!! Though I am not a mommy yet, I am a newlywed (11.11.11 yay) and babies do come up. This mommy blog is very good and it’s always good to be prepared! And don’t worry about the negative comments because they are jealous they didn’t come up with this stuff before you. You are a voice and keep that in mind. You are a great mother and you really do care about Mason. You are not a stupid mother like some people say. I’m not sure if I’m the only one but when I watched Kim and Kourtney Take New York, and I’m watching little Mason being treated more like an infant than a toddler. It started for me when Kourtney walks into the hotel room with a sleeping Mason in a carrier that is for an infant. Strange thing is this child is about to be 2. Secondly, in the car going to The Hamptons and the child is facing the rear when his legs are to long to face that way and he can easily kick the rear seat and possibly flip the car seat. Finally, still on a bottle and a pacifier. Come on. Is this the reason why she has gotten pregnant again because she still want to baby someone. Let Mason grow up or he’s going to really be a momma’s boy instead of a boy.

Hi Kourt! I’m so impressed with your MOmmy skills! Loving how you are taking care of your self and baby mason by starting with what you put in your body. I was just curious if you vaccinated. I didnt but I always go back and fourth weather I made the right decision for him. I’m sure with all the new statistics that it is but I hear of these outbreaks and get freaked. I like to make him cute outfits. H&M offers cute stuff and Joe Fresh too. But, I live in Quebec (Canada) and, due to the winter conditions, I found it pretty difficult to dress him “cute” for the cold weather…. BTW, when I go to NY City (6 hours drive), I always visit DASH ;o) Sorry for my English. I usually speak French. Karine -xx-

I love some of the clothes that you have Mason wear. I looked into a few brands that he wears and I was successful in getting the Knuckleheads brand added to my store and their girls brand Hula Mula. I love when kiddos dress in the fancy clothes, and look like little adults. Thank you for making it cool to dress your children in nicer clothes more often.

I needed a break so I decided to check out the site. I am literally sitting at my desk at work with a thousand to-do’s. I went to the gym during my lunch hour, I’m still pumping at work and breastfeeding at home, taking an online course that just started today AND my husband is at a shoot all week. I have so much to do that sometimes when I’m home and the baby is napping I stand in the middle of my living room and just stare (dork alert!). My daughter is THE MOST important thing in my life and I want her to always be the priority. There are people that are busier than I am and they manage. I get inspiration from all busy, modern, working mommas that manage to do it all and still keep their relationships & friendships afloat (and stay stylish!). Thanks for doing this mommy blog. Haters are gonna hate because that’s what they do. Let’s pay them no mind, shall we?
Dina, it is suggested that children be rear facing in cars until they are 2. Yes, their legs are a little squished, but if there is an accident it is their legs that could get damaged, not their neck or spine. And the seat is strapped in, he is not going to flip it.

Hi kourtney i think you are such an amazing mother. I am a young mom myself and i didn’t really have help from anyone or advice from anyone. I can honestly say that you have helped me so much with your blogs. I know make my own baby food at home with organic fruits and veggies( when i can afford, still in college;) and bring snacks with us where ever me and my 18 month old son go. I have also learned to take time for myself and sleep because I wasn’t doing so. I love reading your blogs your amazing Kourt keep up been such a good mom and congrats on the new baby.
