Hi Kourtney! I just read your post about having panic attacks this pregnancy. I had the same exact thing when I was pregnant with my second child. It’s such an awful feeling. Mine completely went away after my daughter was born. Most important thing is to breathe. Take 4 slow deep breaths when you feel it coming on. It helps to take away that “fight or flight” feeling. Strike up a conversation with the person next to you. Talking helps to regulate your breath. All of these things seem quirky or hard to do when you feel like you cant breathe, but eventually it passes. Best wishes to you. Hang in there. You got this!

if you were not pregnant I would say lose the legging but it’s appropriate to wear them with this dress because it looks more like a tunic
