We are finally back home after a long week and a half in NYC.
Although it is one of my favorite cities in the world, there is nowhere I would rather be than home right now for my last trimester. As I have said before, I have been claustrophobic and being at home makes me feel good and comfortable. I had another panic attack in New York in the car driving to The Hamptons, so I am happy to say that this is the last flight of my pregnancy. I just want to be home with family in my comfort zone in peace.

I just read what u said about panic attacks. I’m sufferinng from the exact same thing : after I had my second child, I stopped working for 2,5 years to stay at home with him and that’s when I started having panic attacks outside my comfort zone (home !). At first they were rare, but then I started having them all the time… while being the passenger of a car, at the grossery store… Now I can hardly go to public places, like crowded malls, or in big cities (I live near Paris). Just to say, don’t let those panic attacks rule your world, react before it gets worse.
Hopefully you get this… but I think panic and anxiety is brought on in women once they become mothers. I am currently going through the same thing, and its such a struggle but I am determined not to let it run the rest of my life. Dont let ppl make you feel weird bc its totally normal. As a mom we spend 110% of our time worrying.
