I love me some yoga! I really enjoyed yoga at the end of my pregnancy. It truly helped to calm me and allow me to focus on staying grounded before giving birth.
I strongly recommend doing some prenatal yoga at the end of pregnancy when preparing to bring new life into your home. It helped me focus on eating right and getting my head in the right space.
I also started doing some yoga after giving birth as well to help heal my body.


















I am doing prenatal yoga with my second pregnancy now….i didnt realize how important exercising was still with being pregnant and i love it. and both using weights with my prenatal vidoes and doing my yoga vidoe it helps realse soooo much stress.
