My best diet tip is never give up what you love. If you end up giving up your favorite snack, for instance, then you will end up later craving it and maybe eating to much of it. You can have your favorite snack once in a while and having a good portion of it and still stay healthy and loose weight.

For the diet tip, I’m with Karen (^^^) on this one. PORTION = PRIORITY. I love food so I could never do a crazy diet; we’re all different and need different types/amounts of nutrition in our daily diet so I always try to remember that each meal should be the size of my fist. Eating 4-6 times a day makes it a lot easier to remember that moderation is key and that we don’t need to get the feeling that we can’t move after every meal haha.

As for exercise, I love a good run and Kanye is a must on my playlist but when it’s too late or I’m just not in the mood, playing with my 1-year old niece will do the trick. She just started walking so running behind her and picking her up is good cardio and strength-training. I sometimes do squats while holding her and she cracks up so I guess it’s good for my body and good entertainment for her haha.

      I hope this is useful!

My diet is to eat what I normally eat, except when I get full, I don’t eat anymore, no matter how much is left on my plate. I still eat my 3 meals a day, but don’t eat any junk food between meals.

ughh all these picture are great!! *I aim to work out as soon as I get up in the morning. I try and do at least 30-45mins of cardio (even if it is just speed walking a majority of the time) to help burn fat, I also focus a lot on my abs with several different exercises to work the sides, lower and upper area..it is proven to help speed up you metabolism through out the day (working out in the morning) and it raises my self confidence for the rest of the day. I also just started drinking more diet green tea during the day which has also been proven to speed up your metabolism. HA plus quick trim and I also have a picture of you in front of my tredmill for the best motivation..love you doll <3

Drink a glass of water an hour, take up an activity so that workouts are less work and more fun, and don’t be afraid of good carbs post workout.

Add in cardio on empty stomach in AM, and break up the cardio into high/low intensity intervals.

Put extra focus on strengthening your core, and the rest of your body will tighten up in line.

I sneak in a small exercise every time I go to the bathroom. I do squats or leg lifts or lunges (20 reps)… :)

I think that when it comes to diets it’s not about taking foods away from your diet, but putting foods in. People stress about what not to eat during the day, but really they should thinking about what they SHOULD be eating, like fruits and vegetables. Also, when you’re dieting don’t obsess over it, just take it one step at a time, that way you’re more focused on dieting the healthy way!

My best tip is to find a buddy. Someone that isn’t going to let you back out of your workout. If your having a rough day they can motivate you and vise versa. My cousin is the best because he is always up for a run no matter when I call him:)

I try my best to go to the gym as much as I can. It is important that I exercise so that I stay healthy. Here are some diet tips that have given significant results to several people that I know. To burn unnecessary fat, you can drink a tall glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice everyday and it can help you lose pounds a week. This will only work at its best if you drink water instead of sugary drinks like soda and by avoiding foods that contain a lot of flour, sugar, and salt. Also, hula-hooping is a great activity you can do to help tone your core and even lose inches off your waist! I heard Beyonce does this too. If you want to add even more fun to a workout, try the video game Just Dance for the Nintendo Wii or Xbox Kinect and it will have you sweating in no time! Another thing you can do is add nuts, whole grains, extra protein, fruits & veggies to your daily diet to help you maintain a healthy weight and a lean body. Make sure you get enough of sleep, preferably 8 hours, since it’s said a restful sleep keeps your metabolism working, therefore burning calories while you sleep! Remember that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day since it boosts up your metabolism throughout your day. DON’T forget the QUICKTRIM!

Hey Kourt! My favorite workout/dieting tip is to jog with my dog and friends everyday and to eat as healthy as possible. I substitute fatty, processed snacks in between meals with fresh fruits and organic yogurt – my favorites are apples, celery, mangoes, and chobani greek yogurt. After you had Mason, I saw your dedication with losing your baby weight and it inspired me to loose some extra weight, too! I just want to thank you for being such a great role model and inspiration, especially in the health and wellness department! Thank you for your time when reading this and I hope you pick me! Overall, my goal is to just live a healthy lifestyle! Thanks again! Tell Mason and Scott and the whole family Rachel from Connecticut says hi! Love you! -Rachel <3
