I work out 6 days a week going to the gym. Their will be times were I wont go and instead try for a run at the beach or a hike with my dog. I have to stay active because thats what makes me feel good and I am a happier person when I do. My diet consist of eating everything with moderation. I have been contemplating going ‘vegetarian’ since I dont like to eat meats alot..

I am always on the go so I try to fit my workouts in whenever I can, As i am waiting for something to finish cooking I will do squats, while I am brushing my teeth I will do some more squats.
I try to get to the gym at least 3 days a week to get a good workout in but all those little things I do in between really add up. Taking the stairs to my office thats on the 3rd floor instead of the elevator. Eating a piece of fruit instead of chocolate (my favorite).
Ohhh yea and the best workout of all is having sex LOL

My best exercise tip would be to stick with doing the things that you love/activity that you enjoy doing, so its not seen as a task… for example, I love to dance so that’s what i do for a fun workout, or you like to run because you love it and i think it clears the mind. My best diet tip would be to start the day with a good healthy breakfast because it helps you start the day off feeling good about yourself and because your eating foods that are nutritious and healthy for you, it will boost your energy levels and mood, which will put you in a healthy frame of mind for the rest of the day! (Breakfast such as oats or maybe a serve of veggies, or some eggs maybe with some mushroom or tomato, or a healthy smoothie, or yogurt and muesli, or healthy cereal are all great options! My best workout tip is to workout at least 3 days a week for about an hour a day and on hot sunny summer days always have a bottle of water with you its very easy to over work your self and harmful to your body if you dont drink a lot of fluids.

I try my best to go to the gym as much as I can. It is important that I exercise so that I stay healthy. Here are some diet tips that have given significant results to several people that I know. To burn unnecessary fat, you can drink a tall glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice everyday and it can help you lose pounds a week. This will only work at its best if you drink water instead of sugary drinks like soda and by avoiding foods that contain a lot of flour, sugar, and salt. Also, hula-hooping is a great activity you can do to help tone your core and even lose inches off your waist! I heard Beyonce does this too. If you want to add even more fun to a workout, try the video game Just Dance for the Nintendo Wii or Xbox Kinect and it will have you sweating in no time! Another thing you can do is add nuts, whole grains, extra protein, fruits & veggies to your daily diet to help you maintain a healthy weight and a lean body. Make sure you get enough of sleep, preferably 8 hours, since it’s said a restful sleep keeps your metabolism working, therefore burning calories while you sleep! Remember that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day since it boosts up your metabolism throughout your day. DON’T forget the QUICKTRIM!

Hi Kourtney, first off you are a natural beauty and no one can beat that. Good job on keeping your body fit and not letting yourself go. Shows you have self-discipline and in life self-discipline is one of the key aspects in maintaining your dignity and self-respect. With that being said, my secret diet is to only eat organic foods, a minimum of 1 Liter of Figi or Evian water (I try to have my 64oz), and not to eat after 7pm. I keep my stomach toned by doing 50 situps 3-4 times a week and being a 29 year old career woman, I am always running around. No junk food, no fried foods, no processed can foods, instead of sugar, I have stevia which is an organic sweetener. And lastly, since I love to dance to feel liberated (only in the privacy of my own home), I dance about 30 minutes a day 2-3 times a week. Oh, and can’t forget my multi-vitamins You are beautiful on the inside and beautiful on the outside, I have 3 sisters, we are all Persian beauties , so I can relate to you and your sisters. Exotic beauty is one of a kind here in America, its nice to see you and your sisters embrace it….loves <3
