I run. I sign up for at least 2 half marathons in a year, that way I have no escape but to train all year round. I’m 4’11” and was 120lbs, I lost 20 lbs doing that.
Veggies and water! I try and get a couple of servings of vegetables a day to help break down the other foods I eat & drink lots of water to wash away the fat!
Can you PLEASE tell me where you got the “K” bracelet??????? I’ve been googling and can’t find one like it…I’m assuming I will have to have one made….But hopefully not.
Small portions is the key – it is why wls is so popular it forces smaller portions which is what makes it so successful. So try smaller serving spoons and smaller plates it will make your portions look larger than they really are.
Always do 50 -100 crunches , then weights (talks 5-10 mins max) then have healthy meals – three a day- and give yourself a treat once in a while (OREOS.POP TARTS !!!!) and just look after yourself , treat yourself to a tan and nails , and just enjoy your boby and have fun with it!!!!
A pound of spinach a day! And weights before cardio! I read about a study done that says if you’re doing cardio first then weight training, you’re just wastin time! I found this to be totally true!

I think the key to losing weight and keeping it off is 100% motivation. Nothing gets me motivated like you and your sisters! Whenever I get the feeling I’m losing track of my goal, I pop in a Keeping up with the Kardashians video; watching you guys look so amazing in your clothes and having healthy lifestyles just puts it all into perspective. I like that you indulge every once in a while but the key is that you do it in moderation and that sets a pretty good example ;o)
My best workout tip is don’t eat before you go to bed because it don’t give you time to burn the calories that you just consumed losing weight is all about burning more calories than you consume a day if your a more active person you can consume more calories than a not so active person because your burning calories.
I try my best to go to the gym as much as I can. It is important that I exercise so that I stay healthy. Here are some diet tips that have given significant results to several people that I know. To burn unnecessary fat, you can drink a tall glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice everyday and it can help you lose pounds a week. This will only work at its best if you drink water instead of sugary drinks like soda and by avoiding foods that contain a lot of flour, sugar, and salt. Also, hula-hooping is a great activity you can do to help tone your core and even lose inches off your waist! I heard Beyonce does this too. If you want to add even more fun to a workout, try the video game Just Dance for the Nintendo Wii or Xbox Kinect and it will have you sweating in no time! Another thing you can do is add nuts, whole grains, extra protein, fruits & veggies to your daily diet to help you maintain a healthy weight and a lean body. Make sure you get enough of sleep, preferably 8 hours, since it’s said a restful sleep keeps your metabolism working, therefore burning calories while you sleep! Remember that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day since it boosts up your metabolism throughout your day. DON’T forget the QUICKTRIM!

Don’t eat passed 7:00pm! It gives your body more time to digest before you go to bed and start storing all the food!

I eat a bananna every morning for breakfeast it keeps you full sometimes and dnt eat alot of sweets and veggies 4 sure and water in this hot weather.
