It was so nice to get away for a fun-filled family vacation in Mexico! There’s nothing like sun, sea, sand and some quality time with family!

Scott, Mason, Kim, Rob, Kris and a bunch of our friends headed down to Mexico to celebrate my 32nd birthday with me… Mariachi band and all! We had so much fun!! We relaxed, played on the beach, enjoyed the sun, and ate some delicious Mexican food!! I am dreaming to go back! Kim took a bunch of pics from my birthday celebrations, so I stole them from her blog, lol. Thanks, Kim!!

We went on a little Mexican vacay! Here we are arriving at the airport. I love dressing to match Mason whenever possible. It’s so much fun to dress that little boy.

I was looking through some old pictures, and found pics from one of my favorite vacations EVER!  It was my mom’s birthday (I think it was 4 years ago) in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico!  We decided to make it a girls trip…my mom, her best friend Shelli Azoff, Kim, Khloe, Allison Azoff (Shelli’s daughter and one of our best friends), and me!  We stayed at the fabulous Las Ventanas Resort.  The second we got to the hotel, we all took a tequila shot and jumped in the pool with all of our clothes on!  The crazy dinner with my mom’s birthday balloon hat and Khloe and I making funny faces is at Mi Casa…yumm!  We go there every time we are in Cabo…the food is delish, great margs and a fun ambiance. After that, we headed to Cabo Wabo nightclub where Khloe showed us her stripper moves on a bridge above the crowd!  Our favorite spot for lunch is The Office.  The garlic crab is to die for, the staff is all dressed up like professionals (doctors, nurses, etc) and they come around and give you shots of tequila!  In the car ride home from The Office, Kim and Khloe molested me and gave me a wedgie!! OMG! I miss Cabo!! I am calling for a reunion ASAP…same people, same place!

Because I was in Mexico for my birthday, I didn’t get to celebrate with all of my friends.  My dear friend Jonathan treated me to a delicious dinner at Il Sole, one of our favorite restaurants in LA.  Khloe and Kelly Osbourne joined us!  We literally did not stop laughing the entire dinner. Don’t you love those dinners…when you just laugh so hard you almost cry?!   I’m wearing my fringe Christian Louboutin booties that I posted about earlier…I got them as a birthday gift from the girls at Dash and Smooch!  I am also wearing the American Apparel “leather” leggings, a white LNA v-neck t, pinstriped blazer, Marni feather necklaces (LOVE feathers for spring!), a Chanel purple metallic purse, and a beaded headband that I stole from Kim’s headband drawer….shhh!

I turned 30 on Saturday, April 18th! Last year we went to my friend Joe Francis’ house in Mexico for my birthday, and it has become a tradition. I brought 20 of my closest friends and family and we had the time of our lives! It’s always fun traveling together…so here are some pics from the plane ride over…love the one of Kim sleeping with her sunglasses on! You know I had to take a secret shot of that! I almost got Khloe too, but she was rubbing her eyes waking up in this one.

On my actual birthday we met in the main room of the house for a cocktail, and suddenly a mariachi band walked in the room with white and pink balloons floating everywhere! There were 13 mariachis dresses in white with pink trim! They performed for an hour! Khloe and I danced all around them…then we had a divine Mexican dinner, dessert and drinks! All followed by pinatas and just us playing around the house!

You may notice some familiar faces from Kim and Khloe’s blogs…the family of course, our cousin Cici, the twins Malika and Khadijah, Bobby, two of my best friends from college Courtney and Alison, my engaged friends from college Lexie and Michael, Brittny, JJ…on and on!

It was the best birthday of my life! I noticed that I was having too much fun to be taking pictures, so my pics kinda suck so I’ve asked my friends to share theirs with me…so more to come soon!
