Kristin Cavallari Gets Parking Ticket...and Photo Op
The star of Laguna Hills Kristin Cavallari was cited for a parking violation after a presumed trip to the hair salon.
Clearly, if there's ever a good time to be "caught" by the photo-hungry paps, a beautification trip is probably the best—if it's after the primp-up.
This, however, is definitely not a good time. and if you get caught looking like this, might as well give up and move to Fuck Off Island.
