Kristin Cavallari Gets Parking Ticket…and Photo Op

The star of Laguna Hills Kristin Cavallari was cited for a parking violation after a presumed trip to the hair salon.
Clearly, if there’s ever a good time to be “caught” by the photo-hungry paps, a beautification trip is probably the best—if it’s after the primp-up.
This, however, is definitely not a good time. and if you get caught looking like this, might as well give up and move to Fuck Off Island.

Her haircut plus the ticket must have come out to $500. And tickets are only $40.

papparazzi is still following her around? how do they know which celeb to stay close to? i’m sure they can’t track EVERY one.
her hair doesn’t look like it just came from a fabulous blowout. and she looks pretty embarassed in the pic where she is reachign for the ticket on her windshield lol
