Lady GaGa: But Does She Take Dictation?

Lady GaGa, 22, sported her latest trend—Psycho Secretary chic—while out in Paris with a friend yesterday.

The "Poker Face" singer sported Coke-bottle glasses and a string of proper pearls.

Of course, the ever-fashionable chanteuse had on a nude leotard under her blazer (in case you weren't already aware, she hates pants) and a bow made of hair. Clearly, she'd be the hit of any steno pool.

GaGa was so taken with her outfit that she reportedly lost her shoe twice, and a fan had to help her put it back on the second time.

This proper-yet-pantsless look could be the first inkling of what GaGa has in mind for her planned fashion line.

"I can't wait to do my own line. It's definitely something I want to do in the next year as I do have my own style," she told New Zealand's Stuff.

She also said that her personal style is a commentary on "what it means to be a lady."
