Apparently, Lance Armstrong moves fast whether he's on or off his bike.

Less than two weeks after Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson's break-up was announced, Armstrong has solidified his status as Hudson's new man.

The new (and, up until now, clandestine) couple engaged in a PDA frenzy in Cannes over the weekend, according to E! Online. A source reveals that the couple "were smooching and looking very cozy" at a Dolce and Gabbana party, and that "they've been staying together on a yacht, which is moored in the the bay of Cannes. They're very much an item."

Hmmm, it seems that scoring big in France is a hard habit for Armstrong to break.
