Heidi Montag, famous for starring on The Hills and being one half of the offensive couple known as Speidi, has some leftover fondness for her old friend and Hills costar, Lauren Conrad.

Us reports that Heidi was happy to hear LC say she missed her on a recent episode of the reality show.

"I thought it was really sweet," Us reports Montag telling Extra. "That really brought a big smile to my face."

Could this mean that Heidi will ditch Spencer Pratt and return to former BFF LC? With Audrina Partridge's departure, there is a vacancy.

But what about those Speidi wedding bells?
