Jury selection is underway today in the case against William Balfour, the man accused of murdering the mother, brother and nephew of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson, in 2008.

According to CNN, the 30-year-old singer-actress is on the witness list, and is expected to be a regular presence in the courtroom when the trial begins on April 23. Whether she will testify in the case, however, remains to be seen.

Is Lindsay Lohan back on the troubled path already? A woman has filed an incident report claiming she and the embattled 25-year-old starlet were involved in an altercation.

The unnamed female approached the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department on Saturday to file a complaint against Lindsay, reports TMZ. The woman claimed that Lohan did not like how she was interacting with one of her male friends and they allegedly got into a fight at the nightclub on Thursday night.

Heidi Klum filed for divorce from Seal, her husband of seven years, in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon.

The 38-year-old Project Runway star cited “irreconcilable differences,” according to the papers first obtained by TMZ. It’s also emerged the couple of eight years had signed a post-nup — meaning they made an agreement after they got married, in 2005, to separate their assets.

So what’s the deal when it comes to their four children together – Leni, 7½, Henry, 6½, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2?

The 26-year-old actress was arrested for a DUI early Friday morning after side-swiping a police car. She was released from a West Hollywood, Calif., jail on Friday after posting $5,000 bail — and you can see all the photos in the gallery, above.

Still wearing her clothes from the night before, the What I Like About You star was sporting some pink locks, along with a black blazer and a classy Chanel bag.

Amanda Bynes has been arrested for a DUI.

The She’s the Man actress attempted to pass a cop car early Friday morning, but instead of successfully passing the car, she side-swiped the vehicle. The police then pulled her over where she was arrested for driving under the influence, with bail being set at $5,000. 

The arrest took place at about 3 AM, and the 26-year-old (who just celebrated her birthday on Tuesday) is still behind bars. UPDATE: She was later released after posting $5,000 bail.
