But Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester know just the right accessories to spruce up airport photo ops in the real world.

For instance, here blood-shot Ed's wearing a plain white tee and his hair looks as if someone spent a good hour or so running their hand through it.

No matter. Just slow the limo down, yank a jacket off any Hollywood bum on the way to LAX and voila—you're fit to be called a jet-setting actor on television's #88-rated show!

Then there's Leighton, who appears to have had a rough, sleepless night of tossing and turning in bed.

But grandma's retirement home shades and the hotel curtains turn this walk of shame into a jaunt down the path to fabulosity.
