Responding to the distressing lack of show-buziness awards ceremonies these days, Fox Reality Channel held its Really Awards at the Hollywood Avalon Club Thursday night.

Hosted by local news personality Jillian Reynolds, the event presented such honors as Favorite Pottymouth, Favorite Tears, Favorite Villain and Favorite Fight.

Hey, why not? If this chick feels entitled to an Oscar, the gutter's the limit.

Among the reality-TV sensations in attendance were Joanie "Chyna" Laurer, Jerry Springer, Jeff Conaway, Traci Bingham, Girls Next Door girls (for now, anyway) Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt, Duane "Dog" Chapman, and these two things.

The ceremony will air Sunday, October 11 at 10 p.m. on the Fox Reality Channel. Mark your calendar!
