Champagne chugger and good-time gal Lily Allen stopped on the Portabello Road in London to do her best Amy Winehouse impression.
Seriously, Lily’s always benefited from the fact that she’s somewhat more together than the crackhead of Camden.
But if she’s going to stop in the middle of the road and flip out on cars, people will revise their opinions of her.
She’ll go from “bratty and rebellious” to “angry mental patient.”

Of course there was a paparazzi in the car, its not like he was minding his own business, but lets ‘not mention what he did to annoy her, Instead well just make it sound like, Lily Allen is nuts!
