MySpace sensation Lily Allen was in Los Angeles this week, chowing down at a West Hollywood eatery, when she momentarily lifted her snout from the trough to flip the bird at nearby paparazzi.

Good one, Lily! Now you know two tricks: Flashing your bits and giving the finger.

With skills like that, you're going places, babe. Maybe you should start with the nearest Jenny Craig center.

Keep that finger handy, Lily; it'll probably come in useful during your next drinking binge.

On Friday, Lily popped her colorful self into an even more colorful shop (hard to believe, but true). She browsed the cashmere sale at Calypso on Sunset, trying on jewelry and cackling at the insane length of a pair of panty hose.

Then, today, she fed more of her income into our fine city's merchants' cash drawers with a stop into Maxfield on Robertson Blvd before taking a cab down the street (she thought the walk was too far) for lunch at THE Ivy.

Economic stimulus check? Feh! We think the U.S. gave her a visa just so she could head over and pour some cash into the economy.

Enjoy. Or gag. To be honest, we are digging Lily's look these days. We think her pink hair must feed into the same part of our brain that gets excited over shiny objects.

Exhibit A: Lily, looking smug and satisfied, tops off her time at the recording studio with a cigarette. Hey, if people smoke after sex, why not take a puff after a belting out catchy pop hooks?

Exhibit B: Lily gets her kicks on Melrose Avenue. Sure, it's a far cry from Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive, but that's the Lily we know and love... to gawk at. She's earthy! So, naturally, she was drawn to the trendy-yet-trashy boutiques on Melrose, where we saw the known sneakers-lover buy two bag loads of shoes. She again, lived up to our new nickname: Pinky Brewster (If you remember correctly, '80s 'Punky Brewster' wore multi-colored sneaks.)

Exhibit C: Pinky hits up the ATM and pops into Pampered Hands Nail Salon, also on Melrose Ave. There she and a gal pal enjoyed pedicures. Lily jokingly splashes water from the foot bath toward the photographers as they snapped through the glass. I wonder which manicurist gets to clean up her mess?”

    Lily Allen looks just like a girl I once broke up with because I got up at two in the morning to pee, and there she was on her hands and knees eating out of my dog's dish.
