Lindsay Lohan took some time to throw on a bikini and sun herself by the David Hockney pool at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles.

In a shocking twist, she was unaccompanied by recent fixture, DJ Samantha Ronson.

Lohan and Ronson have been inseparable in the last couple of months; so Lindsay going poolside solo causing speculation among naysaying skeptics that any hankypanky between the two was over.

Then again, does Samantha Ronson strike anyone as a bikini-by-the-pool-type chick?

In other news, the sun has reportedly had to work twice as hard to combat Lindsay's pallor.
