After showing definite signs of a bogus pregnancy last week, Lindsay Lohan looked realistically slim on the set of her upcoming movie, Labor Pains, yesterday.

You didn’t pretend-lose the fake baby in a phony miscarriage, did you, Linds?

Or did you “get it taken care of”? You know, wander down a back alley and…have the props person remove the prosthesis from your belly?

Either way, it’s probably best not to expand the Lohan bloodline any further right now, even in bogus form. As it is, Lindsay’s father can’t seem to turn around twice without leaving a kid behind. Really. The world has enough misery in it already.
