Lindsay Lohan Gets A Job!
Could this be the first step towards Lindsay Lohan's much awaited comeback?
Fans of this troubled actress will be happy to know that Lindsay has signed on for her first feature role since 2007's flop I Know Who Killed Me.
The skinny celeb will star in the indie comedy The Other Side, directed by David Michaels. According to Variety, Linds will play a grad student who spends a summer working at a scientific institute on a remote island. There, she finds an off-beat community of characters who are hiding a secret about a tragedy that took place many years before.
The film also has a pretty legit cast: Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews, and Alanis Morissette.
Aren't they a little bit nervous about Lindsay's past unprofessional and unstable behavior? Michaels told Daily Variety, "Lindsay's very aware of people's perceptions of her. She's really committed to doing what she has to in order to change that."
Well, let's hope so. The film is set to begin shooting in October at an island off the coast of Massachusetts.
We want your say: Do you think Lindsay can make a comeback with her new role?
