Lindsay Lohan: Hire Me, Please!

Lindsay Lohan tells Nylon magazine that she's looking for employment.

The 22-year-old sometimes-actress appears on the cover of the mag's latest issue and details her urgent desire to pick up some more acting gigs.

Lohan's last big-screen job was in the movie Labor Pains last year. The film still hasn't been released. And her guest stint on the hit sitcom Ugly Betty was cut short last fall, rumoredly due to the 22-year-old's bad attitude.

"It's scary when you realize, 'Oh my God, I'm not working. And have a house to pay for now,'" she says.

Lindsay indicates that she's been auditioning, and cites the upcoming Tim Burton-directed Alice in Wonderland as a film for which she tried out.

"That didn't work out," she says. "It is what it is. You're not right for the part, and that's it. I can take it, I'm a big girl."

Lohan isn't applying for food stamps just yet. She just released a new tanning-mist line called Sevin Nyne, and LiLo is still the face and butt of Fornarina jeans (see the cutesy commercial below).

Samantha Ronson's #1 girl also explains why she's been spotted with Sean Penn in recent months.

"I'm talking to a lot of people right now," she says. "One is Sean Penn—I spoke to him again the other day. We're trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won't call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you're reading this!"

Seth's probably picking up his cell right this minute, Linds.

Lohan looks AWFUL. She was such a sweet kid, great child actress. Then she grew up and now resembles a vampiric prostitute. Uugh. Why all the press for this clapped-out no-talent druggie?
