Lindsay Lohan and Ryan Seacrest Are About to Get Real, Y'all

Well, now we know why Ryan Seacrest and Lindsay Lohan were hanging out till the break of dawn on Thursday. Maybe.

Apparently, the two of them are collaborating on a new reality show.

"Met with Lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her…it helps people and gives others a second shot!" the American Idol host Twittered on Friday, after their late-night escapade. "Still putting it all together."

LiLo, meanwhile, confirmed on her own Twitter page. "Working on a really great project for television -- I am excited! Something meaningful like Extreme Home Makeover on ABC… :)"

TMZ reports that the premise of the show will involve giving people whose lives have gone astray and who need a second chance $1 million dollars to turn things around. And while that's a concept that Lohan is well familiar with, she will most likely be serving as a judge, not a contestant.

definetly not.
It seems Li.Lo has had her share of second chances (and third and fourth) and blew them all. So why would I watch her tell ppl if they can/cannot have a second shot when she couldnt keep her own!!
