Lindsay Lohan's had quite the busy last few days, speaking to Us Weekly about her break-up, trying to crash parties, partying with her mom, and now, shopping with her little sis Ali in Beverly Hills.

The Lohan sisters and an unidentified blonde friend spent Tuesday afternoon together, stopping at a Century City medical building and the Roseark Jewerly store. Perhaps Lindsay was buying something to win back Sam Ronson's heart? Unlikely...Sam doesnt really seem like the jewelry type of gal.

Linds hit the shops looking painfully gaunt, in a super-short, sleeveless flowered top and some funky boots that only accentuated her skinny legs (Use our Zoom feature to see how unhealthy she looks).

    Holy. f*cking. Freckles.

    I used the zoom feature on that photo and I felt like I was looking at a ginger "star map" of the Milky Way galaxy.
