Oh dear, this is getting out of control!

Lindsay Lohan has been spotted following her maybe-girlfriend Samantha Ronson all over London this week. Sam is in town to visit her brother, famed music producer Mark Ronson, and for some DJ gigs.

So, Lindsay “coincidentally” has booked some photo shoots and club appearances to coincide with Sam’s travels. She’s a sneaky one, that Linds.

After leaving Bungalow 8 Nightclub with her brother, Sam headed back to her hotel, followed shortly after by a red-scarfed Lindsay who had shown up at the club prior to Sam’s exit. 

So what did Linds do? Chase Sam back to the Blake’s hotel, where they both spent the night. The actress’ actual room is at the nearby Lanesborough Hotel. 

Hmm. Girls, figure it out!
